Dubai Renovation is a renowned contractor and provider of residential, commercial and industrial-grade renovations and building services. To provide clients with convenient viewing and analysis of all services, we present high-definition and detailed digital images and videos. High-quality images and videos of our past renovation and building projects are also available for viewing. 

Clients are also encouraged to visit our Dubai showroom in order to have detailed and satisfactory consultations regarding their future remodeling and building projects. In addition to pre-defined remodeling, new construction and interior design works, we also provide bespoke services for every type and scale of property. 

Service Booking

For hiring services, the valued client of Dubai Renovation may interact through any of the following ways:

• Order Booking Email

Clients can write at info@dubairenovation.ae and book residential or commercial renovation, construction or interior designing services or inquire about their desired services/treatments. 

• Order Booking Through Text Message

Clients can contact us on Whatsapp and can also share the images of their desired interior designs and send any other attachments (if necessary) and get complete support as well as cost quotations.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Dubai Renovation provides a flexible service cancellation policy for the convenience of its valued client. It is crucial to note that the cancellation policy is not applicable for customized interior or exterior renovations and designing. If clients come across any defects, imperfections or faulty elements post building handover, they are to notify the misconduct to the company within 03 business days. 

• For service cancellation and/or dispute resolutions, clients are to provide detailed documentation of the problem. This includes written descriptions and (if applicable) clear images or videos 

• If clients come across workmanship defects or damages that have occurred during project management, they can request rectification and are entitled to complete replacement of the affected work.

• If clients refuse to/fail to provide complete or partial payments post handover, they shall be legally held responsible for the misconduct. 

Criteria/Conditions For Booking Cancellations

In case clients wish to cancel a renovation, construction or interior design booking, they are to do so according to the company’s contractual rights. 

• Clients can make cancellation requests in writing prior to the commencement of project activities, such as major structural work or procurement of materials. 
• In case the construction or remodeling work has already commenced, clients shall be subjected to charges for purchased materials, labor and/or additional expenses up until the event of cancellation.
• Any and all service cancellations on account of service concerns are to be supported and backed via clear documentation and (if applicable) images and videos of the site(s).

Available Payment Methods

Our valued clients can pay us in either of the following manners, upon hiring a service:

• Bank Transfer
• Cheque/Pay Order
• Credit/Debit Card
• Cash Payments

Advances And Payment Terms 

Clients are requested to go through the following conditions before booking every remodeling, construction and/or interior design service.

• Advance Payment: In order to cover initial expenses (procurement of materials, labor mobilization, design preparation, etc.), clients are to pay a particular amount in advance to the commencement of the project. 

• Milestone Payments: In accordance with project milestones, the remaining balance shall be divided into installments. These typically include payment(s) after the approval of designs, mid-stage project completion and final handover. 

• Final Settlement: The final payment of all construction, remodeling and interior design works are due upon the successful completion of projects and their handovers. 

How Can Clients Accept Our Payment Of Service?

All potential clients are to accept our official website’s Terms Of Service (TOS) via any of the following steps:

• Click-through Agreement: The website shall present users with TOS and they can click the dedicated checkbox or button. This action shall indicate that they have read the terms and conditions of Dubai Renovation and have agreed to them prior to using the website. 

• Sign-up Agreement: Users are required to accept TOS as an integral part of the process of account registration, when signing up for a new account on the website.
